Thanal Homestay operates in compliance with the guidelines of the Kerala Tourism Department.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: 11:00 AM

Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are requested to inform the property in advance regarding arrival time.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through full or partial payment via our authorized payment gateway:

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from Thanal Homestay.

4. Cancellation Policy

As per government regulations, all guests (including children above the legally required age) must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.

Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of accommodation.

7. House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests, the following rules must be strictly followed:

🚭 No Smoking inside the premises.

🍷 No Alcohol Consumption within the property.

Loud music, parties, or events are not permitted.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the property.

Any damage caused to property items will be charged to the guest.

Management reserves the right to request guests to vacate the premises in case of misconduct or violation of house rules without refund.

8. Guest Responsibility and Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Thanal Homestay shall not be liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage of personal property

Injury, accident, or illness during the stay

Delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, etc.)
